hi I'm installing a jl audio w7 in a ported box and l'm not sure witch amp use. l have 2 options power punch 800.2 or 500.2. the w7 works on 3 ohms, and l don't now if it's gonna work real good

the car it's a eclipse 2002

800.2 in my opinion you can never go wrong with too much power. and the 3ohm sub won't hurt anything
