Hi guys..I installed my replacment iva d300 unit yesterday...everything works fine except when I load a disk..it doesn't want to take it...until I try a couple of times..and when it does..I get "loading error" and it won't read the disk.. I have to power down the unit and turn it back on in order for the disk to be reconized and played. Any of you alpine guys know what causes this..i'm sure i'll have to have it serviced..just wanting to know if this is a known problem.

Sounds like a laser alignment issue, I think you are correct in assuming you will have to send it in to be serviced.
