There's a news post on their main web page that states the company is fileing for bankruptcy and will stop production after this fiscal year.

Well it won't be a big loss, however filing for bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean they are done or that some one else will pick up the company.

Imagine though the deluge of crap products on ebay and else where.
