Quick question about setting the gain on my sub's amp.I followed the instructions from DYohn here.But I'm not sure how I'm supposed to have everything set up.Should I turn the bass boost on my amp all the way off or leave it how I usually have it while listen to music?Same with the HU. Should I just leave all the bass settings on it the same way I have them when I'm listening to it?

I usually like to turn off all the bass boosting settings on the HU. As far as the boost on the amp, put in a cd you're very familiar with and play with the boost. There is really no "correct" setting. As long as the woofer does'nt bottom out, set it where you like the sound the best.
