when you replace the radio on an 04 civic do you still loose factory keyless entry like on the 01/02 hondas? Im going to be installing a new alarm/keyless anyway so can i still tap into the lock wires with my new system without any problems once i remove the factory radio? i seem to remember the domelight circuit going through the factory head on some hondas, is that correct? (its been awhile since ive done any stereo work on hondas, sorry..)

No. Civics 96 thru 98 are the only ones where the keyless is affected.
