I have everything connected and I plugged it in to test to make sure everything was right and then I unplugged it to finish running all the wires and when i plugged it back in the unit powers up but does not display anything on the LCD.  I am installing it in a 97 Tahoe.  any help would be appreciated.

ummm....Check all the connections again.  than check all fuses, etc..if that still doesn't work...locate teh reset switch on the unit...reset it and try it...if that don't work...we'll try again
