I have a 2001 integra and want to put a good system in it. THe problem is that i dont want to modify the door panels. I currently have a 6.5 dualmag system in another car that i could fit in the integra but i'm not to impresed on their performance. What components could i fit in the doors without modyfing it. I could make an mdf spacer but not sure how much space i got befor the peaker would hit the pannel. Al sugestions are greatly appreciated. Also what coaxial do you guys recommend running with a soundstream reference 404 or 604 (not sure yet).

Thanks

Carlos

If you can afford them, go with some MB Quarts.

the problem is the mounting depth.

You can get a 1/2" spacer in there. That will give you approx. 2 1/2" total depth. Use this when choosing your speakers. JL VR600csi would fit.
