Im trying to find info on the stock stereo for a 04 chevy optra/suzuki forenza, mostly how to remove the stock deck and wether or not it contains a stock amp and if so where. I would also like to know if its possible to conect an aftermarket amp to the stock deck and how.

I can answer two outta the 3 questions. No it does not have a stock amp out side the one in the deck and yes you can connect an amp using a high level input module. I do not know off the top of my head how to remove the deck though
