Looking for some opinions on these 4 channel amps.I have been heavily researching the 4 channel amps from Tru,but would like to see what you guys think about the others I mentioned. My system is nothing fancy,Alpine HU,Focal comps in the doors and a soon to be pair of Focal 690CV's in the rear.I can't have subs in the trunk due to the amount of tools I carry for my job.I am looking for clarity with a little punch, but clarity first.

Thanks

Dave

Zapco, or Eclipse... EXCELLENT sound quality! The Eclipse will be a bit less expensive, but both will offer you awesome soundqulaity. The Zapco will offer better headroom, but overall, it'd be a toss-up in my book.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Pyrimid all the way baby. 1200watts for like 8 bucks, how can you possibly get more head room for the money:) But seriously I like the zappco stuff as well as Audison

Arc 4150XXK gets my vote hands down. Still a Zef designed amp for the Zapco lovers. posted_image

Running Zapco C2k-4.0 and have had zero problems. This amp runs Quart QSD-216 comp sets and have been very happy. Compared ADS PQ-40.2 and Hifonics Series 7 Olympus the Zapco was a bit warmer than the other two and more flexible. The symbilink seams funky at first but it works great. Very flexible, build like tanks, easy resale.

Haven't heard the Tru stuff. Specs look great, good quality parts, and some high $$$ tags. Arc also makes some great products.

I am a big fan of the Zapco equipment.   I am also very happy with our diamond, granted it is a D5 series the D9 series Im sure has a little more on what we have.   Just another suggestion
