what's up everyone,

i got an amp running two subs @ 500 rms. If I were to simply turn the key to the accessory point (dont turn on car), about how long would i be able to play music at 3/4 volume. I've got a standard battery, nothing special.

Assuming a half-way decent amp, you ought be able to run that anywhere from 10 - 30 minutes before being unable to start your car.

Word to the wise - don't try it - draining off a standard SLI battery is a good way to drastically shorten both its reserve capacity and operating life.

If you want to play ur stereo, bite the $2.50/gallon and idle ur car. posted_image
