hi all, I'm thinking of getting a pair of 8"L7 for my mid bass. I'm just wondering if the 8"L7 is suitable for it? Thanks in advance

I live in Stillwater, OK (Kicker), so I know quite a bit about their line...8" L7's perform like 10" round SoloBarics, so if you would normally use 10's for midbass (which I would not recommend for SQ reasons) then go for it...

i would not recomend kicker at all to much distortion worked for jbl before know a lot about comparisant.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.
