I am looking for a wiring diagram or a schematic for an alpine power amp, model 3006, 18w +18w.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks

This is really old school, but I think I remember it this way. There should two yellows or a yellow and a white. These are both 12volt constant. Red is 12 volt switched. Black is ground. LF + is GREEN/ YELLOW, LF- is GREEN / WHITE, RF + is grey / YELLOW, RF - is grey/white. It should have an 8 pin DIN input. You only need four pins. On the input 12:00 is signal ground, 1:00 is signal input left, 11:00 is signal input right and 3:00 is remote turn on. Use your volt meter to find which wires in the DIN cord match the pins on the input.

Just goes to show you how good Alpine Amps can be if this old school amp is still around kicking.

Thanks , This unit is on a sailboat that I just bought, and it has decided to start blowing  a fuse on one of the 12 volt constant lines when the cd deck is turned on.  I will check it out when I am out there this weekend.
