I am finally ready to build my first box.  I waited much too long for the custom one I wanted to go into production and I am not waiting any longer.

It is a sealed single truck style box going into a four door compact.  The angled side is going to be against the back seats and the flat side is going to be facing the rear with speaker mounted in that location.  Outside dimensions are;  Length = 23" - Height = 14.5" - D1 = 6" - D2 = 11.5".  Will be built with 5/8" MDF.  Speaker is Alumapro Alusonic 12".  I believe the sub should do well with a volume of 1.0 - 1.2 cubic feet.  It is going to be powered by Hifonics Series VIII Odin bridged to 240x1.

All advice appreciated.

All boxes need some sort of bracing. I'd say put some in there.
