My friend just got a new car, a 99 Saturn SC2 and it came with a Sony CDX-525RF 10 disc trunk mount cd changer. It does not seem to work properly. Is there anywhere i can go to get the user manual for this?

It doesn't seem to be getting power, and we don't know of anywhere that has a switch for it. Loading and unloading the "sleeve" as i will call it doesn't happen either.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!

Here is a link to the Service Manual for the Sony CDX-525RF. You will need WinAce to extract it, then Adobe Reader to view it. If you have problems viewing it, let me know and I could send you the PDF file to your email address. Hope this helps.
