I had the 2002 Nissan CC. No room behind the rear seat for anything decent. I tried one of those slim 10" woofers but it sounded like crap, I ended up building a custom ported box for an 8" Solo Baric and that sounded great, of course no heart-stopping bass but very clean and strong, some people even thought I had a 12" in there. The box streched accross the entire space I had to take out the jack and tools for that too. This was the best bass for the size I ever heard.

What was limiting you? Depth, or angle on the seat not allowing a bigger sub?

Depth was the problem, but obviously if the seat would've been more straight up I would've had a little more depth.
