i got a planet audio amp 900watt at 2 ohm. i want know if i have a enough power to push this audiobahn alum12q sub.

oh i forgot im still new here...

I gotta say this... If that Audiobohm woofer will take a REAL 1000 watts, LET ALONE 1000 watts RMS, I'm sellin' my Eclipse Ti, and buyin those... Audiobohm WAY over-rates their woofers, tho', so there's no danger of THAT happening.

If you parallel the voice coils, a 3 ohm load will net you somewhere in the 500 watt range (with probably a MAX rating around 750 watts or so) - PLENTY to drive a decent subwoofer to very respectable levels. This being said, I wouldn't really trust the PA amp to do that much, I'm just shooting in the dark...
