I know this gets asked a lot, but I haven't seen this combo before...I have a 12" polk Momo MM124 500rms/1000peak in a .9 cubic ft. fiberglass box. I was pushing it nicely with a rockford 451s, which just took a crap on me. What amp would you suggest that will give me some bang for the buck with that setup? I am more concerned with sound quality than hard hitting bass.
Take a look at the MTX 801D, nice punch for the buck.

Thanks for the advice. I was checking out the MTX series. Are the older model MTX Thunders better than the new MTX MXA models? I'm not quite ready to drop the cash on a new Thunder series.
Also, the Polk is a single voicecoil and I have been told that a 2 channel amp bridged will provide more efficient power to it than a mono amp...is this true?
I am not too sure how good the new Thunder amps are, I haven't heard one as of yet. I have been using MTX Thunder series amps for years now and have never been disapointed by them at all.
As far as a 2 channel amp powering the sub more efficiently, NO WAY. Class D mono amps are way more effieicnt than any 2 channel class ab amp is.

Thanks again for the great advice, I'll be picking up an amp this weekend for sure!
