A friend of mine bought some cheap as Boss subs and, well, he dropped them in the box and it actually moved the top magnet on both subs out of center, so the VC's rub so bad the cone wont  move.  we kept trying to re-align it and we got it so the cone moves again, but it still rubs.  What should we do?

Throw them in the river.  And why in the world would you have to ask?  You already know they're worthless by the tone of your post.

Do you have a vice big enough that you could clamp the subs into?  That will help hold the magnets still while you wack them a little by little with a hammer till its good again then you can glue it.
