Subject: Is my amp fried?

Just finished wiring my system and I seem to have a problem with my amp for my rear speakers.  I noticed only the right rear speaker was working.  On closer examination, I noticed very faint sound coming out of the left rear speaker.  Thinking this may be a wiring problem, I reversed the left and right channels.  Same thing happened but the other way around, left with sound and right with very faint sound.  I swapped RCA cables to no avail.  I think my amp may be fried.  Anyone else have any ideas?  Thanks

Balance is fine, the fronts work and the subs work just fine.

This amp does have separate left and right gain controls.  I turned them both all the way up and still same problem.  Anyone recommend a quality low cost replacement for a rockford fosgate punch 40 dsm?
