2 10’s & Box Advice

I'm not usually one to ask for help, but I've read so many things on this subject and none of them really seem to match up 100%.

Anyways, here's what I'm looking to get 2 10" subs (I was thinking the Infinity Perfect 10.1d) and a box to hold them both (I was thinking sealed). Here's what's confusing me a little... I want something that's going to be middle of the road, so to speak. Something that hits decent, but quality is also very important to me... loudness is nice and all, but if it sounds like crap then what's the point?

I'm pretty much just looking for opinions on box type/size, subs, and amp... you know, pretty much the whole system. I listen to alot of rock and once and while (rarely) a little rap... Either way, this is just for the subs, just for the bass, that's it. The rest of the system (mids and highs) I've already got.

SQ box generally equals sealed. As for size goes, in the past I have installed those subs and generally found that a box of about .9cubic feet per sub worked best. I always liked running a lot of power to those subs and would suggest somewhere in the neighbor hood of 350-400 watts rms per sub. Past that I guess the only other advice I have is to make sure that the box isnt square, you want an angle in there either on the face or on the back to avoid standing waves. What kinda car is this all going into and can you list off th rest of your gear. It would help to know what else you have for recomending crossover points

Man I bet that front end is bright. Um for a crossover point I think I would be setting somewhere in the 90 hz range with somewhere around a 12 db slope. I would think that should sound good. If it doesnt seem quite right I would lower the crossover point to about 80 hz

Yeah, it's a little... I guess you could call it bright. But there are more things in the music than just mids and lows. If the other stuff wasn't meant to be heard the artists wouldn't write it in the music.
