tunning alpine amp for new components

Subject: tunning alpine amp for new components

i just replaced 2 sets of pioneer 6x8 2 way with 2 sets of 5.25 components and the amp was set low for the 2 ways and need to know do i raise the gain for sound and mhz for clarity

i did not edit or format my post. i just simply post in the post reply box. sorry it could be my computer it's acting up

sorry about the bad  post my computer at work was acting up ......... back to my question?

i just replaced my door 2 sets of6x8 pioneer 2way with 2 sets of 5.25 cpmponents but mt alpine amp was tuned low for the 6x8's now i need to adust my amp,so do i raise the gain for sound and my mhz for clarity

You should not adjust the gain.  But you can turn the crossover setting a little higher if it makes the new speakers sound better.
