I've been playing w/ the new thunder amps, and am quite impressed.   esp by their midrange ta5601, and their 7801.

the 5601, while officially only stable at 2 ohm, has gone down to 1 and even lower, and I pounded it at 1 ohm all day once and not a single hiccup.   I think the new cooling tech they put in is working out quite nicely. the 7801 is quite frankly a beast.
