Hi, new to the forums.
I have a '91 Caprice Classic, with the premium Bose stereo from the factory. When I got the car, the amp had blown and the previous owner didn't bother to unplug it, he just cut the wires right off! My question is which wires do I connect together so i can still listen to my radio until I can put a new head unit in. I know the radio is still putting out sound, but since the wires have been cut the sound is not getting to the speakers. Would anyone happen to have the wiring digram? Because my service manual was no help.

do you know if the factory amp still works? may be thats why he put a new radio in it. are putting in the original radio or a different one the factory amp is under the rear deck in the middle. does it still have the original speakers or were they replaced if they were replaced then the original radio won't work if he bypassed the amp.
I got a 91 caprice also are you doing any upgrades? wheels tires suspension? clone kit
Yes I plan on stripping my old paint off in a few weeks and i'm going to paint it flat black and i'm getting a new motor and airbag suspension.
I already know where the amp was, all i have hanging there is the cut wires from it. for now i am keeping the original radio. I need to know which pairs of wires at the amp location i need to connect so that my head unit is sending the sound directly to the speakers.
