hi folks,...

Just got a few questions :

first off i own a 95 mercury villager and it came with a ford cd 10 disc changer.

Well it worked fine for a bit till i stared getting a {E-99} on the remote control.

Normally i would just eject the cartridge and reposition the discs in the cartridge and re insert it into the changer and it would work again,...this time it just keeps reading{E-99}.

No matter what i do.

I looked for the tiny pinhole thats supposed to be the RESET button,....but couldnt find it on the front or side exterior of the changer.nor could i find it when i looked on the face of the changer with the changer door opened ,the remote control doesnt seem to have one either.

i was gonna install the sound system in the van and wanted to use the same changer as it is the only one i have for the van at this time(ya know with finances and all)

can any one help me?

ok it worked.thanx man.

Now to just get the wiring down for my sub box i`ll be alright.

Got a JL audio 12 inch and a QPOWER 12 inch in a box that goes under the seat of a mini truck. the area where the HMP would go is just the perfect size for my PERFORMANCE TEKNIQUE 500 watt amp.

Thing is the box is siliconed in the middle with a single wire running from the left speaker to the right speaker area. if i wanna hook em up properly do I bridge like this or what?

left speaker POS to right speaker NEG

or what?

dont wanna screw up my amp or speakers.

just running the subs off the left channel and will be running some low wattage (Roadmaster 6x9`s 200 watt) off the other channel.will be upgrading to larger amp later but this is for now since this is what was in my 98 TOYOTA CAROLLA dx before it got totaled.

6x9`s will be under the seats of course.
