Is it possible to replace factory speakers with or without any interface equipment? I pulled one of the back speakers and it has two pair of leads going to factory speaker.

I don't know what you mean by interface equipment, but I have replace factory speakers with the yellow pioneers (don't know model # off top of my head. Just plugged them into the basket that the others were in with the factory amp still going. Sounded fine.
