Did you disconnect the battery for the install?

Sometimes disconnecting the battery will solve it or you may have to take it to the dealership for the reset tool.

unfortunatly no i did not disconnect the battery before the install, but would it be possible to reset the computer after the install has been done, by disconneting the battery?
