Hey guys,

My uncle has a 96 cav. He has a jvc cd player in his car. He's telling me that his deck is turning on, display working, but has no sound coming from the speakers. He said it started to happen intermittently but not he has no sound from his speakers all the time. He has told me all the fuses are good. Any ideas what it could be?

loose wires going from the hu to the car. check those

one your speakers might be bad or maybe grounding out somewhere that it is shutting of the amp in the deck. the deck will still turn on but no sound will come out of it.
