Ok I am trying to figure out the best way to wire this as I am building a new sealed box.I have 2 Solo L5s (DVC 2 ohm) rated for 600wRMS. The amp puts out 1000wRMS @ 1 ohm. So looking at basic wiring options, series vs parallel. .5 ohm or 8 ohm. Well I am not sure if the amp is .5 ohm stable and I'd rather not find out the bad way. Is there a way to get it at 1 ohm? Like looking at the way it was wired, the 2 coils were wired kinda like series I think and then the remaining spots were wired in parallel, if that makes sense. Anyways, any help with that would be killer.

Now for enclosure. Going standard sealed here, nothing complicated. 2 ft^3 for each sub is best recommendation. So 4 ft^3. Well to get that where it will fit nicely into my car will make it 29" long, 15" high, and I wanna do a slanted front that will make the bottom depth 18" and 15" on top. That puts it at like 4.02ft^3. Now to get this cut by Lowes I am thinking I'll need measurements like this:

Top: 29"" by 15"
Bottom: 29" by 18"
Back: 29" by 13 1/2"
Front: (Not sure how to calculate this, I figured I'd just do 29" by like 20" for a rough cut to be safe.)
Sides: 13 1/2" by 15" on top side and 18" on bottom side.

If anyone can help me figure out the rest of this so I can get the stuff cut to the fullest at the store, that'd be great. Otherwise I'll over shoot and make final cuts. I just can't get a 4'x8' slab into my car worth anything. Thanks!

Quick Flash: I remembered that whole math thing that actually was useful(wow) and remembered how to get the hypotenuse of a triangle if you know 2 legs. Welll I used 15" by 3". So square root of 15^2+3^2. This turns out to be like 15.29. So I think the heighth of the front should be like 15 2/5".

Top: 29"" by 15"
Bottom: 29" by 18"
Back: 29" by 13 1/2"
Front: 29" by 15 2/5"
Sides: 13 1/2" by 18" with an angle cut towards 15" mark. Can't figure out the stupid angle formula on that worth anything.

Wiring is series/parallel for a final 2 ohm impedance.  (Two DVC 4's would get you to 1 ohm, parallel/parallel.)

https://www.1728.com/pythgorn.htm is a great calculator.  Enter the values for the two sides and you will not only get the length of the slanted front but you'll also have the angles, too.
