Hi,

We installed a Kenwood deck into a customers car and it is acking for a code. It is a new deck with a motorized face. It is mp3 player as well. Anyone know how to delete or earase the code? This would make my customer so happy.

Thanks

The owner's install manual describes how to set the security code on initial installation.  If it's been installed before and you do not have the code, you'll have to pay an authorized dealer to reset the deck for you.  Tell your customer they should be happy their gear requires a security code as it helps prevent theft.
