not sure  if this is the right place to post this, but i was wondering if there was any way to get 2 kicker solo baric 12s to fit into a 98 silverado ext cab without modding anything. like maybe getting seperate boxes and put em under the rear seat. sorry if this is a dumb question.

Anything can be done, the question is do you want it done properly or not? As the L7, L5 series is generally referred to as a SPL sub, it needs one monster slot port box that you just don't have the right amount of airspace for. If they are the older round solobaric models or even the current generation of subs, they will work in a small sealed box but again, it is all about the box. You may find that one sub will work better than two with the given space. You must ensure that the sub will not make contact with the seat and must also ensure that the sub can still suck air in the back of the pole piece to help cool the sub. Personally, in this situation, these are not the subs for this application.
