I was wondering if a USAccoustic USX-2050 amp rated at 160 RMS (they list) would be ok for a JL 10W0 at 125 RMS? Should I find somethin lower?

Also what is the probability that a stock battery for a 95 toyota avalon is 14.4V?

Is the JL a 2,4 or 8 ohm voice coil?

The stock battery itself should be around 12.6 volts. The chaging system will allow higher voltage when the car is running.
