How can I run these subs ?

So I have my system planned out and was going to use 2 of the JL Audio 8w3v2 subs. I have already ordered my amps and just realized that the friggin 8w3v2'! s don't come configured for 4 ohms, but only dual 2,4, or 6 ohms. I haven't bought the subs yet, but I would still like to use them if possible.
I was planning on using one US Acoustics USX2050 amp bridged at 4 ohms and putting out 160 watts for each sub.

So basically how can I still run these subs? I was thinking if I get the dual 2-ohm subs I could just connect one amp channel to each coil, essentially giving each coil 80 watts. Will that work?

You'll want to go with 2 of the 4 ohm DVC woofers to get a 4 ohm load.

Thanks wirewise, but that would only give each sub 80 watts,or 40 watts per coil. I have a dedicated amp for each sub, but I am just unclear as to whether or not I can run each coil off of an individual channel without hurting anything.
I tried a search already, but I'm not exactly sure what to search for to find info on this.

If you are running an amp for each sub, then yes, you will want to go with one 2 ohm DVC on each amp with the coils of each woofer wired in series.

I recommend AGAINST getting that sub if you're using that amp. Take a look at an Infinity Kappa Perfect or Reference series 12in sub. YOu can get it for ~$100, and sometimes 2 for ~$120 from crutchfield

Using a separate amp for each DVC 2 ohm sub, yes you can wire it up that way. I would suggest using a meter to measure amplifier output so that the two coils of each sub are outputting the same (although that measure of accuracy is debatable.) But the way I would do it is to wire the coils in series for a 4 ohm load and bridge the amp. Like this:

Why?
I am very limited on space for the boxes and only have .55ft^3 per subwoofer. I don't have the space to fit boxes for 12's or even 10's.
I know I could get a pair of those infinity's for about $100, but I just don't have the space.

If you have the room one 12 W3v2 in a 1.1 cf box would be louder and play deeper than two 8 W3v2s would. They would only recquire half the power also. It would need more than 160 watts though.

You guys rule. I didn't think a single 12 would be louder than two 8's. I could just make one big box instead of the two I was planning. I have 2 new questions though...
1) Can I use my existing amps to power a voice coil each? Basically can I have one 12 with 4-ohm DVC's using two amps?
2) I'll let the cat out of the bag on this one... the sub will be going into an arcade cabinet. With a larger 12" sub it will be in a box inside of the cabinet as opposed to two 8's that I could mount facing outwards. Does that matter at all?

Okay, I found out I can return two of the USX2050 amps for a full refund at TheZeb.com. That gives me just enough money to get a Rockford Fosgate Punch P3001 amp that will put out 300 watts x1 @ 2ohms. Then I'll grab one of the Infinity Reference 1232w's that run at 300w rms.
It sounds like fun to me, but what do you guys think?
So far for the arcade cabinet I have:
2 Infinity Kappa 462.5CFP 4x6's
2 JL Audio 6W0's in ported boxes
2 US Acoustics USX2050 amps putting out 50w rms to all the above.
Everything will be run off of a high end sound card from a computer and each amplifier will be getting a 34amp power supply to keep them happy.
Street Fighter and Galaga will never be the same. :)
