ok i know theres got to be some way to hook up the factory ford cd changer to the pioneer IP bus cables...  is there an addapter i can buy or something.

the cd changer is the one that came from the factory on my 2001 f150.  The pioneer unit is a avx-p7000cd.

oh btw is it possible to fix the cd player on the pioneer unit somehow?,  it doesnt play audio, but i can hear it working.

thanks for your help in advance.

There is no way to make your factory CD changer work with an aftermarket radio. It is possible to get your CD player fixed by contacting Pioneer and sending it off to get it fixed. You may take it to a local electronics repair shop, it may be the laser lens needs to be re-alligned.
