I have a 2003 Honda Accord. I'm apparently not smart enough to figure out where to run power cable through the firewall. I've searched all the forums here and in other mobile audio forums around the 'net.

My car is the EX coupe without navigation. It is a 5 speed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! Paul

Drill One? thats what I did for my 2004 Civic EX

Simple see

Or use the factory harness, it should be located on the passenger side, just take out your glove box and you'll see it

I was just hoping there was a spare grommet somewhere that I could use for an easy, clean install. The Accord interior is very nice and as such, access to the raw bits requires some effort.

Drilling is certainly a thought I had in mind. Guess I'll peal the carpet back, check behind the glove compartment, instrument cluster, and see what I have to work with.

Thanks!

Easiest place to drill is the clutch plate if you have an auto. Also there is a grommet on the driver side through which the factory harness is going, if you are using 10-8Ga wire this will work.

It is a standard. Had to order it from the factory that way. They just don't carry many EX trim line models with a stick in stock at the dealers here.
