Hi there. I'm rather new to installing head units in cars and my girlfriend has a cd player that she would like me to put in for her. I have taken a look at it and i cannot figure out for the life of me how to get her stock radio out of her 92 Accord. I dont know if i need anything special or if there is just something simple that i am missing.  I really dont feel like paying the $50 to have it put in professionally so i have all of the parts and im ready to put her new one in as soon as i can get her stock one out. Any help or advice on this install would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

If you don't care to ruin the old one, I usually rip them out :D. I did that in my mom's Mercury and in my Honda Accord, because they were ruined and worth nothing, so I just started ripping them apart. They usually require the dash to be dissassembled or a special tool.
