I want to connect my Laptop to my 13 Pin cd changer port on my 2002 Mitsubishi Pajero cd stereo. This should enable the kids to watch DVD's and hear the sound through the stereo. Anybody got any ideas?

Use a CD changer input adapter.  These are available from PIE  PAC or Peripheral.  Contact them and ask about your specific vehicle.
