I have a Audiobahn A2801Q and a Kicker CompVR 03CVR122 i want to bridge it but im not sure how.here is a website for the sub https://www.cardomain.com/item/KIC03CVR122 i cant find a good one for the amp. if any body could help me i would be happy

https://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp will help you out.  Look at your sub specs to know what wiring configuration it has.  And then look at the wiring descriptions in this link and the recommended type of amp for each one.  You'll learn how to connect the proper ohm load up to an amp this way instead of relying on others to lead you through step-by-step.
