I would like to hook up my amp in my 98 Jimmy 4 door SLT. The only problem I'm having is locating a good location to route the 8 gauge power wire through the firewall. My first choice is to stay completely away from drilling new holes. If anyone else has wired a Jimmy/Blazer similar or knows a good location that would kick. (Any pictures available would also help!) Thanks in advance.

well in my 95 blazer I routed through the washer fluid bushing... it was big enough to fit 4 gauge so 8 should fit easily... just dont break the tube or you lose your wiper fluid.

Where did you find this bushing? I've attached pictures of about the only thing I can see to the left of the steering wheel without taking parts off under the dash or pulling the carpet all the way back.

Anyone else have any ideas they can share as well?
