power problem

96 civic hatchback, kenwood HU, ipod connector, sirius.

the problem i have is when i drive, everything is good when i get to my destination and turn motor off but leave the ACC on i loose power for a little bit, right at the time i turn the motor off and it gotes into the acc position, the deck turn off and turns back on.

WHY?.

That's normal. The power switched from one source wire to another through a relay when you turned the key.
