I was at a car show yesterday and i saw a Suburban with (14) 3" coaxials in each door, the truck had 4 doors, so he had 54 coaxials inside his car. He only had 3 amps on all these speakers. I plan on doing the same thing to my car but i want to build a tower with 12 coaxials. I want to know how i would be able to power all those speakers off one amp? Also what amp would i use? Thankyou

Use any amp you like and any number of speakers you like.  Just wire them in series-parallel so the net load on the amplifier does not drop below it's capability (generally 4 ohms.)  It is a show trick, by the way, and will NOT help your sound.  Indeed, multiple mains can hurt a lot more than they help.  But it looks cool.

Same as you would normally: one crossover per speaker set (woofer/tweeter).

For 12 4-ohm speakers, wire four parallel sets of three in series for a net 3 ohms load on the amplifier channel, or three parallel sets of 4 in series for a net 5.33 ohms load on the amplifier channel.

Here's one suggestion (net 5.3-ohm load if all speakers are 4-ohms:)
