I'm looking for a nice, fairly inexpensive 4 channel amp to run either 4 coax's or 2 components and 2 coax's.
This is the best deal I've found so far. Other than that USX-2050 at theZeb. But that's only 2 channel, and you get more power for your dollar with the 4 channel listed above.
So, does anyone have any reasons that I shouldn't get that amp? Or anywhere I can find a good deal on another nice 4 channel amp?

I think thats a really sweet amp.

For that price it's the *absolutely only* 4-channel I'd put in my car.

I picked up that very amp a couple weeks ago and replaced the Profile 4 channel that was in my (wife's) car (everything of value belongs to her....everything that requires fixing belongs to me...).  It's a nice amp, very low-key, odd blue color.  The  Zeb graphic makes it look like the cooling fins are shiny aluminum but they are the same color as the rest of the amp.  Actually, the logo is along the front edge of the amp, not toward the rear as pictured, and there is a series of three small blue lights that illuminate when it's on, which are located just below the logo.  Otherwise, that pic appears to be the same model as described.

I set the gains by meter, using 65 watts/channel as the guide, and the sound is very good with no hint of breaking up at high levels.  So I believe it is true to it's specs on the power output.

There are just a few things I will pick on with this amp, however.  The crossover controls that allow you to switch from either HP or LP is a pushbutton.  I can see how it could easily be pushed in with objects in the trunk if that is where it's installed.  I would rather see a recessed turning control for that function.

The power and ground inputs seem to be a bit chintzy, using a recessed set screw to hold the wires.  They are barely large enough to insert a 8 gauge wire.  When I was manipulating the amp around to get to the speaker terminals, the ground wire popped out.  I will be looking for some sort of solid connector to take the place of the bare wires.  If you're using 4 gauge you will have to use an adaptor to fit it into the amp.

The amp seems to get quite warm in operation, too.  But I'm just comparing to the mono U.S.acoustic amp I also have that doesn't get the least bit warm, and to the previous Profile which was a lower output amp.  As far as the manufacturer goes, I've yet to receive a response from them in emailed inquiries.  If you look at the specs shown on there website, there are none listed for this amp, or this series of amps for that matter.  The specs listed by Zeb show a power rating based on 12.9 volts.  But the rather barren owners manual (pamphlet) lists the same specs as being tested with 14.4 volts.  And the manual, just like the one I got with the mono amp, looks and reads like it was conceived and printed by non-English speaking monkeys.

Also, the manual lists it as having two 20 amp fuses.  My amp arrived, however, with two 30 amp fuses and two more 30 amp fuses in the spare parts bag.  That is what I was trying to get info on:  whether I should leave those 30 amp fuses in it or not.

If you can get past all that, it appears to be well worth the cost Zeb is charging, at least so far it has been for me.  And shipping to my area was only $9.

You kind of lost me. You ordered the USC4065 from thezeb?

No, sorry, it was Car Domain.  I got speakers from theZeb at the same time.  Mixed them up.
