i have my power inverter wired to a relay that shuts off my ps2 when the car is cut off. How can i put a delay on it so that it doesn't shut off right away.

Depending on how long- you could use a capacitor and a diode (up to a couple seconds), or a timer circuit (up to several minutes).  If you post what you're looking to do, I'm sure one of the whiz's in here can tell you what you need.

there are diagrams on here for using relays to set it up so that it won't turn off till you open the door....if that's what your looking for.
