Ok my system is installed and complete.  Now I just need some help on fine tuning.  I am using my hu for the x-overs.  What shoud I have the components set to?  And what should the sub be set at?

I have come to learn that there is no definitive answer to setting x-overs, but a good starting place is the high pass at 80hz for your mids and highs and the sub set at 80hz on the low pass. This will essentially get rid of any dips. Experiment with different settings for best results.

Ok I know to set the low pass on the tweets and mids to 80 but what about the high pass on them?

Also what about the high pass on the sub?

Read my post again, Set the high pass for your mids to 80hz, this will essentially limit your interior speakers from playing anything 80hz and below. So when your low pass is set to 80hz as well (in my example) the sub will do the heavier bass work, (80hz and below).

Do not set your tweets anywhere near 80hz.  You'll blow them in seconds.  Why don't you start from square one and tell us what your system is comprised of.

System is as follows:

hu kenwood kdc-Mp828

Front Alpine SPR-17Ls 70 watt rms being powered by usx2050 50w x 2 rms amp

rear door stock infinity 8 ohm running of rear channel of hu

Sub Kenwood Kfc-W3009 400 watt rms powered by bazook Ela500.1 375 watt rms amp.

I am using the hu as crossovers for all components of system.  It asks for high pass and low pass of all components.
