Have you ever gotten polyfill wet????

The problem is that is traps water.  You will end up rusting your doors out from the inside.

I suggest getting some of those foam speaker baffels and putting them in the door behind the speakers.  They will also seal water from the speaker as long as you silicone the wire holes

If you really want to put poly in the doors then by all means do it, it is your car right?  I'm just making suggestions to you.  I feel the foam baffels will protect your stuff better and they fool the speaker into thinking its in an enclosure.
