How is your amp running at one ohm?  Are the subs 3 ohms a piece?  Determine what ohm load they will present to the amp, then how much power will be produced.  I usually recommend an upgraded alternator for any system that can draw 100 amps or more.  This figure will change depending on the vehicle- smaller vehicles tend to have lesser output alternators.  Also keep in mind that music is dynamic, and as such, your system will hardly ever draw what it's capable of- usually 2/3 or less.

Are the speakers dual 2ohms? If so that is the only way they can run at 1ohm. Actually its 1.34. Upgraded alternator? In my opinion, yes. With that type of current draw it is only killing your electrical system. First I would upgrade the "big 3" under the hood-then go from there.
