does the 93 grand cherokee limited with the jensen stereo in it have a stock amplifier? is so where at? I installed a pioneer headunit and it like skips, it is on the radio it odes it with my sony xplod too, it isn't the cd because it does it with the radio, plus according to the display, it is playing just no sound at times, it is getting really irritating

Under the rear seat on the drivers side. Did you hook up the remote turn on lead? It's a hi level input amp so it should work with the after market deck.

I think it is hooked up, the antenna does go up, but, it only does it when it feels like it or when there is a good song on, it cuts out and I have no sound at all.

On the BLACK connector there is a light green wire. This is the remote turn on wire that requires (+) when the CD player turn on. Use the remote turn on lead to this wire.
