Ive been getting this incredibly bizarre noise with my car the past couple of weeks.  Every time I step on the brakes I get a noise out of my speakers, its sort of an airy noise, very staticy, and its definitely only there when I am braking.  The speakers are all run off of an old fosgate 851x which has been broken for about two months now (dont know whats wrong with it, dyohn just informed me that it was broken), however this noise hasnt been happening since the amp broke, its only been going on for about two to three weeks now.  Any ideas, is it just because the amp is messed up, it was working fine for about a year before it started doing this.

What year and make of car is it in? List all of the equipment.
