so i have a 94 gmc truck and my system is made up of a memphis 1000d and 2 10" jbl gto subs.. the amp is only running at 2 ohms so its pushing 600 watts according to memphis.. i will also be installing a smaller alpine mrf-240 amp to run the componets in my doors... i have voltage drop really bad... i have an optima redtop under the hood, a stinger 800amp battery, a stinger 200 amp relay between my two batteries, and a stinger 1 farad capacitor... i have 4 guage wire run everywhere even upgraded under the hood.. i know my grounds r good.. the amp is ground to the cap then to the battery then to chassy... i only have a stock alternator.. is this the culprit of my voltage drop??? if so wheres a good place to get one?

Yep.  You need a good HO alternator.  There are many places to get them, both on line and locally there in Omaha.  Ohio Generator, Stinger and Zenga are the ones I have experience with.  I'm sure other members can recommend other brands as well.
