To whom it may concern,

i've got 1994 mazda mx-6 with a stock radio, today i bought a 1,000 watt amp and i was wondering i anyone had any recomendations on how i should get power to it can anyone help?

Hey Joseph, first off you should get yourself a 4 or 2 gauge power wire and equal size ground for the amplifier. Fuse accordingly & use this guide to help you:

You will most likely need to drill a hole into the fire wall to pass the power wire through to the engine. Fuse 18" from the battery with a ANL or circuit breaker type fuse. YOu will need a LOC or if the amp has high current inputs you can use the speaker outputs of the rear speakers for an input signal. Also what are you going to power with this amp ?
