There is a Sirius unit avilable from the factory though. For some reason, the 2005 Hemi Durango Limited thing I had in here today had Sirrius in it, and it was an OEM piece. Not available in Canada, AFAIK, but this is a dealer installed piece. Factory antenna, factory tuner, they had to run one harness to the deck from the looks of things. Look into it with your dealer......
